Retainer: managed WebOps for your website as your external tech team

Speed, availability, regressions and risks, managed in one technical layer

For websites that affect sales, leads, SEO or reputation

  • Speed and availability monitoring
  • Early detection of incident signals
  • Regression prevention
  • Agreed scope of ongoing tasks

When a Retainer is needed

Retainer — for business-critical websites

When the website keeps changing and risks can no longer be managed manually

The website affects revenue

Failures, errors and slow loading reduce enquiries, sales and trust

Changes break stability

Releases, edits and integrations create new risks without continuous control

There is no unified WebOps layer

Monitoring, releases and availability are not unified in one WebOps responsibility layer

Managed technical layer

What the technical layer includes

Retainer brings monitoring, regression prevention, early incident detection, ongoing tasks and risk control into one managed technical layer

  1. 1. Speed and availability

We monitor loading, availability and signs of degradation.

  2. 2. Regression prevention

We check changes that can break speed, cache and releases.

  3. 3. Early failure detection

We detect form errors, failures and slowdowns before they affect the business.

  4. 4. Ongoing task workflow

We handle fixes, configuration changes and safe improvements within the agreed scope.

  5. 5. Risk control

We flag decisions that can lead to expensive technical mistakes.

Process

How the Retainer is structured

  1. 01Initial health check

We document the site condition, risks, access and areas of responsibility before we start.

  2. 02Monitoring

We track availability, speed and critical scenarios to catch degradation earlier.

  3. 03Task workflow

We define priorities, the communication channel and the agreed scope of regular technical tasks.

  4. 04Safe changes

We make changes with technical control to reduce the risk of regressions and breakages.

  5. 05Retainer transparency

We show status, changes and risks in a clear working format.

Boundaries

Where the Retainer boundaries are set

Retainer is a managed scope of work, not unlimited development. Boundaries are defined before the start and can be changed only by agreement

Included

  • speed and availability monitoring
  • early detection and controlled response to incidents
  • regression prevention
  • ongoing tasks and risk control

Not included

  • full redesign or large modules
  • CMS/platform migration
  • project re-architecture
  • marketing, SEO copywriting and content

No-Go

  • no access to a managed technical layer
  • the website builder blocks root-cause control
  • unlimited work is expected for a fixed monthly fee
  • the project economics do not justify a Retainer

Format

The format depends on site scale and risk profile

Retainer does not start by selling the largest package. It starts by assessing which pages are critical, how often the site changes, what risks already exist and which Retainer format is economically justified

Retainer S

from €900/month

For smaller projects that need a basic WebOps layer: monitoring, response to noticeable incidents, regression prevention and an agreed scope of ongoing technical tasks.

Retainer M

from €1,700/month

For shops and complex sites where the web channel has a stronger impact on sales, leads, SEO or agency work: more control, more tasks and higher expectations for response and transparency.

Measurability

Retainer is based on measurability, not promises

We do not sell a feeling of control. For a technical Retainer, what matters is verifiable evidence: availability, speed, changes, incidents, regressions, decisions made and a clear work history

  1. 01

Dazoro builds its own website on headless WordPress + Nuxt and applies the same engineering approach to speed, stability and risk.

  2. 02

Performance goals are assessed using data. If a goal is outside the Retainer scope, we define its status: controlled risk, separate project or No-Go.

  3. 03

Async-first communication preserves context: tasks, decisions, risks, access, checks and next steps are documented in writing.

Agency support

For agencies, Retainer can serve as an external senior WebOps layer

If an agency has clients facing performance, stability, WebOps or technical risks, Dazoro can join as an external technical partner to help with diagnostics, managed WebOps, safe changes and regression control — without hiring a separate senior specialist in-house.

The white-label or partner support format is agreed separately: Dazoro’s role, end-client communication, access, reporting, responsibilities and constraints are defined before the start.

  • Technical reliability
  • Regression control
  • Safe changes
  • WebOps expertise

Next step

Need a technical layer around your site?

Send the URL and briefly describe the current situation: which risks, recurring tasks or incidents should be brought under technical control. We will tell you whether Retainer makes sense, whether a health-check should come first, or whether the task is better handled as a separate project.

Enter the email address where we should reply.

If the website is relevant to the task, enter its address, for example example.com.

We use the data submitted through this form only to process your enquiry. Details: Privacy Policy
