Dazoro FAQ

How the route works: Speed Snapshot, Diagnostic Audit, Go / No-Go decision, safe implementation and Retainer-based risk control

01Start and route

Where should you start with Dazoro: a Speed Snapshot, a Diagnostic Audit, or a project discussion?

If you need to safely understand the site’s potential, start with a Speed Snapshot. It does not require access and gives an initial picture based on publicly available data. A Diagnostic Audit becomes the next step when you need to make a decision about budget, risks and the implementation model. The Acceleration Sprint starts only after diagnostics and a Go / Go with conditions decision.

Safe entry point

The default safe first step is to send the site URL for a Speed Snapshot. At this stage, Dazoro checks publicly available data, externally visible speed indicators and up to 3 key URLs or page types. CMS, Git, SSH, SFTP, database access and production infrastructure access are not needed to start.

When a Diagnostic Audit is needed

A Diagnostic Audit is not needed as a box-ticking exercise: it helps separate symptoms from causes, reveal constraints and risks, and then define priorities, budget, implementation boundaries and the realistic result ceiling. It becomes relevant when the Speed Snapshot shows improvement potential, visible technical constraints or insufficient public data for a safe decision.

Why not start implementation immediately

Dazoro does not sell an Acceleration Sprint as a ready-made product. Without diagnostics, budget can be spent treating symptoms rather than resolving causes, architectural blockers can be missed, and the live site can be exposed to unnecessary risk. A project discussion can happen early, but implementation starts only after a technically justified diagnostic decision.

Retainer and agency scenarios

If you need an ongoing external technical layer, Retainer is discussed separately. If the request comes from an agency, a white-label format or a technical partner role is possible. These scenarios do not cancel the core logic: implementation and production responsibility require diagnostics, boundaries and a Go / Go with conditions decision.

The first action is a Speed Snapshot. From there, the route is determined by facts, risks, and commercial viability.
